Reasons for not receiving system notifications may include:
- Incorrect email - Make sure the email used to create your account is correct.
- Notification preferences – Check your preferences under "My Account>Update profile" or click here.
- Spam settings - Check your personal email settings to make sure notifications aren’t going to your spam folder. Add the BLEND domains @team.getblend.com and @getblend.com to your contacts.
If the problem persists, please submit a support ticket and we will investigate the issue.
I am having technical issues with my account, the sound of notifications for open projects is disabled for my account, and this does not allow me to be informed spontaneously each time there is a new project.
