Your account is credited once a project turns to the Completed status = 7 days after the translation is submitted or after the last posted discussion board comment:
Credits are added to your pending credits and move to earned credits 72 hours from the moment the project becomes Completed. Bonus credits become earned after 30 days:
Keep in mind that some projects may go through multiple steps before they are completed (Translation --> Editing --> QA etc). Once all parts are done, the project status will change to completed according to the above timeline.
Once you collected at least 2000 credits ($20), the convert option becomes available to you:
First Withdrawal
- Click the "Convert to Cash" button in your Dashboard.
- Select your preferred payment method and the number of credits to convert. The required default payment term is Net+30 for the first withdrawal (end of the following month) and it cannot be changed.
- Send an invoice to convert@team.getblend.com with the appropriate totals (sample invoice here).
- Click "Convert".
- Enter your BLEND password to confirm the withdrawal.
- Funds will be paid on the specified date and the status of the request will be automatically updated on your Dashboard (can take up to 24 hours to fully process)
Subsequent Withdrawals
- You can submit a convert request at least 48 hours prior to the target date (subject to fees).
- Collect at least 2000 credits ($20).
- Click the "Convert to Cash" button in your Dashboard.
- Select your preferred payment method, withdrawal date, and the number of credits to convert.
- Send an invoice to convert@team.getblend.com with the appropriate totals.
- Click "Convert".
- Enter your BLEND password to confirm the withdrawal.
- Funds will be paid on the specified date and the status of the request will be automatically updated on your Dashboard (can take up to 24 hours to fully process).
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via the BLEND Payoneer MasterCard or wire transfer (both processed by Payoneer), or via PayPal. PayPal may deduct its own transaction fees depending on your account type.
