I would like to receive more projects. What should I do?

There are a few things you can to do increase project volume.

Focus on improving your translator level (Bronze -> Diamond).
Update your expertise fields. If needed, contact our support team to update the status of your expertise fields from ‘pending’ to ‘verified.’ Be sure to include all applicable language combinations. If we are not recruiting or supporting a given language pair, you will be notified once recruitment in those language pairs resumes.
Always deliver the highest translation quality possible. Your Quality rating is a big factor when advancing from one translator level to the next, being considered for a client’s MyTeam, and being selected for special projects.
Details matter. Be an active member of our translator’s community. Keep your availability current so project notifications are sent according to your schedule and timezone. Translation allocation is highly automated as we collaborate with clients from all over the world. Demand for a given language pair can fluctuate based on client needs.
