When the project status is changed to “Hold” it means the project hasn’t been allocated for translation just yet. There may be an issue with the project’s requirements and your input could be needed.
For example, sometimes the attached source file may not accessible, or the selected language pair doesn’t match the language of the text in your files.
Whatever the case may be, we’ll be sure to contact you for further clarification so we can get your project back on track as quickly as possible.
If your project is on hold and you haven’t heard from us (usually by email), please submit a support ticket with the project number and we will investigate the matter ASAP.
