Most conversion requests (even day-to-day) take up to 48 hours to process fully due to time zone differences and banking operations.
If your payment is delayed, please make sure:
- The conversion/transfer date was set correctly. Go to Control panel -> Balance tab:
- Your PayPal email address is correct. If there’s an error – cancel the transfer request and submit a new one:
If neither of the above applies, submit a ticket and we will assist you as soon as possible.
