Rating is the overall rating set by the reviewer. It is not the average score for accuracy, readability, etc.  

Average rating is an average of all QA ratings received during a cycle. Your translation may be reviewed by several reviewers at a time. 

Project actions are taken based on the Average Rating. For example, a project with an Average Rating of 2 or less will be reallocated automatically.
