Ideally, the CSV file should be encoded in UTF-8. 

Please make sure that the file is properly formatted, columns are delimited and the to-be-translated text can be easily identified. 

Should the CSV file contain a separator other than a comma, this will need to be indicated to the translator in the “Project Brief” section on the project page, along with any other instructions.
