You are welcome to send us the file needed for translation using this web form. Please be sure to mention the target languages and any other specific requirements. Our team will analyze the files and send you a price quote and time estimation.

The fastest way to receive a quote is to submit your request directly via our Wizard. For uneditable or higly formatted documents, please attach the files needed for translation and submit a ticket. We will run a word count and provide you with a price quote and a time estimate.
Our website is customer-oriented, meaning that it allows clients to submit projects directly using our Wizard. Please also check our article How do I submit a project.

Translation projects typically start within 24 hours after submission. Translation projects can be delayed due to incorrect word count or when an expert text (legal, technical, medical, etc.) is submitted as a business general translation project. The translation of one 200-word page takes one hour once the translator starts working. A professional translator can translate about 2,000 words per day.

Once the project is ready, the translation is sent automatically to your mailbox. Also, you can view and download translation direclty via the Project page. To access the Project page, please go to MyProjects tab and select your project.
We apologize for your dissatisfaction with the project. Our quality control team will investigate the matter and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We would appreciate it if you can provide us with specific feedback, such as 1-2 examples. This will help us address the matter faster. Translation quality and clients' satisfaction are our primary goals. These issues will be handled right away.

Once a project matching your skills in published, you will see it in your Control panel -> Open projects tab. Please note that this option is relevant for certified translators only. You are welcome to check "What is a certified translator?" article for more information.
You start working by logging in to your account, and clicking Open Projects. You will have access to the projects only when your account is certified.
You can go to the project page of every project and review its parameters (word count, language pair, expertise, payment, source files) before starting the project by clicking the "Accept" button. By accepting the project you confirm that there are no issues with the project parameters and agree to deliver the work within the specified time frame and according to the parameters defined on the project page.

You can follow up on your balance via Dashboard - MyBalance tab. This tab provides information on your current balance, potential credits and your convert requests.
Once the translation project becomes completed, you'll be credited according to the number of words you have translated. A project becomes completed 7 days after the translation is submitted or after the last action has been done on the project page (such as a comment on the General Discussion board).
The credits for the translation will become earned after 72 hours, from the moment the project becomes completed, and the bonus – after 30 days, from the moment the project becomes completed.
