No. If you already own a Payoneer Card, you don't need to get a second one.
Simply contact Payoneer Support and they'll help you link your Payoneer account with your BLEND account. 

Note: you will need to provide your BLEND profile ID and email.

Once they add BLEND as your funding source, you will be able to request payments to your Payoneer card.
