Minimum requirements to become a professional talent with BLEND include:

1. Hold relevant academic certificates (linguistics or language translation from a university or equivalent).
2. Pass BLEND's rigorous professional knowledge exam in their target language.
3. Consistently meet all quality standards as verified by regular evaluation (LISA method).
