Once the translation is ready, you can review the file and request clarifications and/or revisions directly from the translator at the bottom of the project page. Usually, the revision is done within an hour or two.
The discussion board with a translator is available for 7 days period (starting from the delivery date).
If you are still not satisfied with the results, leave a rate and your feedback on the project page:
Rating a project is very important as it defines the translator's standing in our system.
Our Quality team will receive your feedback and will start the quality investigation immediately. The translation will be reviewed by our Language Leaders and edited or redone from scratch if needed.
Translation can be subjective by nature so it's important we work together to ensure you get what you're looking for.
