For any incorrect charges, please submit a support ticket with the below information. This will help us locate the charges in question:
- Your BLEND profile ID or the email address used to register.
- Transaction ID.
- Date and the amount of the transaction.
- If PayPal was used, the PayPal email address.
Once we confirm the error, you can:
1) Leave the credited amount on your BLEND account and apply it towards a future project.
2) Request a refund back to your credit card/PayPal account. To receive a refund, please specify this option in your initial support request.
