After you submit a convert to cash request, submit a tax invoice in accordance with Israeli tax regulations.
Email your invoice to convert-il@getblend.com or accounting@getblend.com only! Inclusion of any other email addresses in the recipient or CC fields may result in delays in processing.
For newly onboarded translators, specific documentation from the Israel Tax Authority (ITA) is required for Israeli translators, including:
1. Confirmation of Withholding Tax at Source - אישור ניכוי מס במקור.
2. Bookkeeping confirmation - אישור ניהול ספרים.
Since, the documents have a limited validity, they need to be replaced with new ones annually. You may send those to this email address: accounting@getblend.com.
Important:
If you have a Certificate of Licensed Dealer (עוסק מורשה), a proforma invoice is necessary before payment, followed by a tax invoice afterward.
If you are an Exempt Dealer (עוסק פטור), a proforma invoice (חשבונית עסקה) is required.
Additional information you might need according to Israeli regulations:
Country tax: You need to add Israel tax (17% VAT) to the total amount of the withdrawal. BLEND compensates for your VAT expenses.
For example, if you’re withdrawing USD $100, the total amount of the withdrawal should be USD $117.
