Crowdin is one of the CAT tools we use as our workbench. It helps clients to manage their localization projects and distribute work between several language providers.
A considerable part of our Crowdin projects consist of Translation and subsequent Editing parts.
When the Editing part opens, the Editor of the project should approve the final version of each string by clicking the Approve button (🗸) in the end of each segment:
However, in some cases, the Approve button may be replaced by the Vote button (+/-). As a result, the project cannot be signed and submitted properly:
This issue may occur sometimes if you work on multiple Crowdin projects for different clients - both as a Translator and an Editor. It means that these two roles should be switched often, and your current role and permissions may not be relevant to the project you are working on at the moment.
This can easily be fixed by the Support Team, so if it does happen, just drop us a message, and we will help you as soon as possible.
