The word count is shown after you upload your files and the system is able to analyze the number of words they contain. This works well for common file types (MS Office, digital PDFs etc.). Scanned PDFs or images are more difficult and the word count will likely need to be entered manually (translation Wizard, step 4).
If the wizard is unable to calculate the word count automatically and you are unsure of the total, simply send the document(s) to support@team.getblend.com and we will provide an accurate word count for you.
Note that translators will verify the word count so an inaccurate count may delay your project.
