Our translation management system can successfully analyze and process JSON files if the following requirements are met:
- The file should contain code for a single JSON file only. A file containing content for multiple JSON files cannot be processed.
- The content structure should be: “placeholder”: “text for translation”.
- If the ‘text for translation’ space is empty and the “placeholder” space contains the text to be translated, the system will read the file as empty and it cannot be analyzed for translation.
If the above requirements aren’t met, we may still be able to translate the file “offline” using a text editor.
