Yes. When your translation is ready, click "Send Translation" on the bottom of your project page and insert the relevant email addresses.

If you need your translations to always be sent to several addresses, click on My Account>Update profile>Mailing Preferences. Simply add the relevant email(s) in the Additional Recipients section.
