There are a couple of ways to communicate with your translators:

1. You can leave the translator specific instructions in the Project Brief (Step 5 of the Project Wizard)

2. Once the project starts you can communicate back and forth using the Discussion Board. Choose the project you need to leave a comment for a translator and click the chat button:
