Once the translation has started, you will be notified via email and a timer will be visible on the project page indicating an approximate delivery time. 

You'll be notified once again upon completion with the translated file either attached to the email and/or downloadable directly from the project page.

In the My account>My projects tab the project's status will change to "Translation received":
