Translation typically starts within 24 hours of the request as the majority of our translators are in-country and are often not in the same timezone as the client (French translators are in France. etc.). Hence, translation start times can be slightly delayed depending on the local time in the target language country. 

Other possible reasons for delay include:

- Incorrect word count

- Incorrect subject matter category selected (General business was selected for a legal or medical text).
