When uploading an image file (.png, .jpg or .jpeg) to the project page, regardless of the project type (translation, data extraction), please indicate in what format you prefer the returned “translated” file to be in the Project Brief section (Step 5 in our Translation Wizard). You should also include any other context or special instructions that will be useful for the translator. 

Translators will try to maintain the formatting of the original source file to the extent possible by default. If the translated file formatting needs to match the source exactly, pre and post-processing steps may be required at additional cost.

Should the online automatic word counter not be able to provide an accurate word count for the image file, please manually enter the word count when prompted. This will more accurately reflect the translator's work.
