If we haven’t started working on your project (“About to Start”), you can cancel it as follows: 

1. Log in to your BLEND account. 
2. Go to Control Panel -> MyProjects and select the project you want to cancel. 
3. Click Cancel  

The project status will be changed to Cancelled:

The amount paid for the project is credited to your account and can be applied towards future translation projects. 

If you want to cancel a project that has already started (translation work is underway), you’ll need to:  

1. Send an email to support@team.getblend.com as soon as possible.  
2. Post a comment on the project page discussion board (bottom) asking the translator to stop work.  

Cancellation at that stage is NOT guaranteed. Your account may be credited for the untranslated portion depending on how much work was done.
