Priority points are the old way of encouragement for different types of tasks. 

We are moving towards their abolition and priority points can no longer be earned. You can still use them to request the following benefits:

• 50,000 Priority Points for an additional LL dispute per month - please note it might not change the output (a dispute will not necessarily change your score).
• 100,000 Priority Points to clear convert requests with no fee.
• Priority Points can be converted to translated words in a 1:1 ratio for your Translation Volume parameter (These translated words are only for the purpose of adding to your Translation Volume, and you will not get credits for them).

To trade the priority points, contact our Support team and specify the option you would like to use.
