HTML and XML files are processed using the provided online translator’s workbench. 

If the HTML/ XML file is valid (the code is formatted correctly) the system will be able to successfully parse the text for translation:

In the event where only a portion of the source file needs to be translated, or the file’s formatting is incompatible with our system (doesn’t mean the code is wrong), the translation work will be done outside of the translation workbench. 

We recommend using a text editor (Notepad++, Sublime), along with an online HTML/XML editor where you can preview the content for translation (https://html-online.com/editor/).
