When translating CSV files (Comma Separated Values), please keep in mind that they should not be opened directly in MS Excel.
CSV files are usually encoded in UTF-8. Excel uses ANSI encoding by default, thus forcing the CSV file to open in a different encoding format. As a result, gibberish characters will be displayed, and data will be corrupted.
We recommend to either “Import” (instead of “Open”) the CSV file in Excel or, depending on your operating system, use a CSV Editor.
