In order to minimize the number of emails sent to our translators, we set a maximum of 5 automatic emails per hour.
So even if you are set as an exclusive translator for a given project, you may not receive an email notification due to this limit.
There may also be a short delay between the time a new project appears in your Open Projects list and the time an email notification is sent out.
We recommend checking the Open Projects tab regularly and enable Telegram notifications for the most up-to-date project availability.
Note: all the projects, except Bonus projects, go to the Open Projects list of all allocated translators.
The projects appear there according to your level in the following priority: Diamond -> Gold -> Silver -> Bronze.
If you’re not receiving email notifications, please submit a ticket and we will investigate.
