An exclusive project is a project opened by a client who added you to their team of preferred (“exclusive”) translators.
These projects should be given the highest priority and processed with great care as they’re allocated exclusively to you.
If you’re unable to work on an exclusive project, inform the client using the EST feature or via the discussion board.
Note: The client may use the “Get it faster” option to allocate more translators to their project.
