Certificate translation projects are designated as “dynamic” projects in the system.  

 You’ll notice that dynamic projects have a slightly different layout. The primary differences are as follows:

• "Job Available” instead of “Project Available in the header;
• The “View info” dropdown shows/hides the job notes;
• Start and Dismiss buttons are located separately;
• There is no Translators-BLEND discussion board.

Besides project page differences, the Dynamic jobs payment process is also different. Once you start a project, credits appear in the "potential" but will not move to the “pending” category once the project is signed. Credits will be “Earned” 7 days +72 hours later - same as with the regular projects.
