If you need to discuss a certain project with our BLEND Support, without involving the client, you can contact us directly via your project page.
TBT board (short for Translators-BLEND talk) is designed specifically for this. The TBT board becomes active once you start the project.
We will address your concerns as soon as possible, however, please mind that it may take up to 5 hours for ‘Urgent’ messages and up to 20 hours for regular messages to be replied.
BLEND Support will also sometimes contact you there, and you will receive a notification once anything is posted:
