Language Leaders are our most trusted translators for a specific language pair, chosen for the purpose of identifying and assessing the quality level in a translation. They are trained to perform reviews and have detailed guidelines. 

The score for the LL review is calculated automatically by our system - it's a ratio of errors reported and their severity to the word count of a project.

Note: a dispute without valid examples and comments will be canceled. 

The dispute will alert our Quality team and the review will be thoroughly checked. If the review is unjustified, we will adjust the error severity, change the error category, or remove the error from the review which will adjust the review score.

Important: you have a limit of reviews that can be disputed - 1 dispute per cycle.
