The Language Leader (LL) is a BLEND-appointed linguist who oversees translation quality for a specific language pair. This includes spot-checking projects for any quality issues (LL review) and managing quality disputes. Language leaders have the final say in all quality disputes.  

There are no more than 2 Language Leaders per language pair. LLs are selected based on various criteria including professional linguistic ability, ability to provide clear and objective feedback, responsiveness, etc.
