Language Leaders are hand-selected from among our top translators by the Translation Operations team. If we require a Language Leader in your language pair, and your profile meets our requirements, we will contact you directly. There is not a Language Leader application process.   

The best thing translators can do to be eligible for a Language Leader position is to provide consistent top-quality translations with superb customer satisfaction.
